Modelo de análisis estilístico: el poema El lago, de Lamartine

Abstract

En el presente trabajo, se examina el poema “El lago”, de Alphonse de Lamartine (1790-1869) con el objetivo de proporcionar a los docentes un modelo de análisis estilístico de poemas para su aplicación pedagógica en el aula, y de facilitar a los alumnos un ejemplo de resolución de trabajos de esta índole. El método de trabajo es la Estilística. En primer lugar, se aborda el movimiento literario en el que se enmarca el poema: el romanticismo francés del siglo XIX. En segundo lugar, se revisa brevemente la biografía del autor y se ubica la obra en el contexto de producción. En tercer lugar, se pasa propiamente al análisis estilístico del poema, que tiene en cuenta los siguientes aspectos: tema y tópico, arquitectura y recursos de estilo. Finalmente, se hace una síntesis del poema y de los pasos seguidos en su análisis.

In this paper, the poem The Lake, written by Alphonse de Lamartine (1790- 1869), is analyzed in order to provide teachers with a model of stylistic analysis of poems for their pedagogical application in the classroom, and to provide students with an example of resolution of such works. The working method is Stylistics. First, the literary movement in which the poem is framed is addressed: French Romanticism in the 19th Century. Second, the author's biography is briefly reviewed and the text is placed in the production context. Third, the stylistic analysis of the poem is carried out properly, which takes into account the following aspects: theme and topic, architecture and style resources. Finally, a synthesis of the poem and the steps followed in its analysis is made.
