Hugo Biagini y el ideario juvenilista en Latinoamérica: hacia una relectura del legado reformista

Abstract

En el presente artículo abordamos el tratamiento que realiza el filósofo argentino Hugo Biagini en torno al movimiento reformista universitario. Su labor filosófico-historiográfica se propone recuperar los discursos, prácticas, procesos y sensibilidades que reflejan momentos paradigmáticos en la historia argentina y latinoamericana. En un primer momento, nos ocuparemos de los movimientos juvenilistas estudiantiles y su rol en la configuración de un pensamiento alternativo que brega por la conformación de una conciencia continental, cuestión en la cual Biagini advierte las bases que posibilitaron la emergencia del movimiento reformista. En un segundo momento, nos detendremos en la Reforma Universitaria, acontecimiento que le permite a Biagini pensar las proyecciones en materia de integración latinoamericana presentes en los idearios reformistas.

In the present article we attend to the treatment of the argentine philosopher Hugo Biagini about the university reformist movement. His philosophical-historiographical work proposed to recover the discourses, practices, processes and sensibilities that reflect paradigmatic moments in argentine and latinamerican history. At first, we considerate the student youth movements and their role in the configuration of an alternative thought that advocate for the formation of a continental conscience, question in which Biagini notices the bases that made possible the emergence of the reformist movement. In a second moment, we attend to the University Reform, event that allows Biagini to think about the projections in terms of Latin American integration present in the reformist ideals.
