Común-unión y común-unidad. El fundamento afectivo de la comunidad en M. Henry y F. Rosenzweig

Abstract

El artículo compara la fenomenología de la comunidad de M. Henry y la genealogía del «nosotros» de F. Rosenzweig con el objetivo de mostrar la convergencia fundamental de ambos filósofos en relación con la elucidación de la esencia y génesis de la comunidad. Para ello explicita mediante una hermenéutica fenomenológica tres rasgos fundamentales de esa convergencia. Primero: el hecho de que toda comunidad no se funda en una coincidencia de intereses o convicciones externas, sino en un «pathos con» o simpatía originaria. Segundo: la determinación de ese «pathos con» como amor a la vida que se manifiesta como Deseo. Tercero: la característica de toda comunidad genuina de acaecer como un proceso de acrecentamiento constante de la vida y de apuntar tendencialmente a la universalidad. Finalmente el artículo determina en qué sentido la idea de comunidad tiene una dimensión religiosa.

The article compares M. Henry’s phenomenology of community and F. Rosenzweig’s genealogy of the «we» with the purpose of showing the fundamental convergence of both philosophers as regards the elucidation of the essence and genesis of the community. With this purpose it points out through a phenomenological hermeneutics three basic traits of this convergence. First, the fact that all communities are grounded not on a coincidence of interests or external convictions but rather on a «pathos with» or originary sym-pathy. Second, the determination of this «pathos with» as a love to life that manifests itself as Desire. Third, the distinctive character of every genuine community of happening as a process of constant increase of life and of aiming as a tendency to universality. Finally, the article discerns the sense in which the idea of community has a religious dimension.
