As Brasílias dos saraus das periferias: imagens além do cartão postal

Abstract

Ainda hoje, as representações de Brasília que circulam como hegemônicas e os brasilienses que nelas aparecem, centram-se todas no projeto original, por mais que muitas delas ressignifiquem suas bases ligadas ao progresso e aos ideais capitalistas, contrapondo relatos que acentuam os afetos, os sentimentos, os corpos que convivem entre o asfalto e o concreto, aspectos à primeira vista incompatíveis com a lógica da cidade. No entanto, nos últimos anos, certas narrativas historicamente desoladas e silenciadas procedentes das periferias do Plano Piloto, começaram a ressoar, trazendo no imaginário sobre a cidade outras brasílias em plural que não são mais pensadas como uma utopia, mas como uma heterotopia, uma subversão da ordem estabelecida que nos leva à criação de lugares ressignificados e alternativos. O espaço por excelência da criação e vociferação dessas histórias são os saraus das periferias. Este artigo analisa as imagens sobre Brasília que são construídas nesses espaços literários situados nas Regiões Administrativas, compondo, além da análise, um arquivo com material que não circula além desse circuito literário independente e autônomo.

Even today, the representations of Brasilia that circulate as hegemonic and the Brazilians that appear in them all focus on the original project, even though many of them re-signify their bases linked to progress and capitalist ideals, contrasting reports that emphasize the affections, the feelings, the bodies that coexist between asphalt and concrete, aspects at first sight incompatible with the logic of the city. However, in recent years, certain historically desolate and silenced narratives coming from the periphery of the Pilot Plan have begun to resonate, bringing in the city's imaginary other brasilias that are no longer thought of as an utopia, but as an heterotopia, a subversion of the established order that leads us to the creation of resignified and alternative places. The par excellence space of the creation and vociferation of these stories are the saraus of the peripheries. This article analyzes the images about Brasilia that are built in these literary spaces located in the Administrative Regions, composing, besides the analysis, a file with material that does not circulate beyond this independent and autonomous literary circuit.
