Ordenamiento territorial comunitario: Experiencias comunes habitando “El Montecito” desde espitemo-estesis serranas en Argentina

Abstract

Este artículo visibiliza el ordenar el territorio comunitariamente, desde lo afectivo, desde el defender el territorio con el uso colectivo, autogestivo, analizando experiencias urbanas entramadas con el Bosque Chaqueño Serrano, con las cuencas hídricas y con la semiaridez de las tierras mediterráneas argentinas, al oeste de las Sierras Chicas, en la provincia de Córdoba. Algunos de los casos (Capilla del Monte, Charbonier, San Marcos) se ubican sobre el faldeo oriental en el corredor del Valle de Punilla y otros (Río Ceballos, Salsipuedes, Agua de Oro, Villa Cerro Azul) sobre el faldeo occidental en el corredor de las Sierras Chicas. Sin embargo, interesa de manera centrada el caso que se presenta debido a sus características particulares relacionadas con la afectividad ambiental como lugar de partida de la territorialidad de lo comunitario. De manera especial se profundizará en el análisis del proceso de habitar colectivo en el barrio Villa Parque San Jorge de la ciudad de Cosquín, con el objetivo de comprender la importancia que han tomado los procesos de urbanización de las sierras de Córdoba y las relaciones territoriales que se imbrican entre diversos territorios.

This article makes visible the community ordering of the territory, from the affective, from defending the territory with collective, self-managed use, analysing urban experiences intertwined with the Bosque Chaqueño Serrano, with the water basins and with the semi-aridity of the argentine mediterranean lands, to the west of the Sierras Chicas, in the province of Córdoba. Some of the cases (Capilla del Monte, Charbonier, San Marcos) are located on the eastern slope in the corridor of the Valle de Punilla and others (Río Ceballos, Salsipuedes, Agua de Oro, Villa Cerro Azul) on the western slope in the corridor of the Sierras Chicas. However, the case that is presented is of interest in a focused way due to its particular characteristics related to environmental affectivity as the starting point of the territoriality of the community. In a special way, the analysis of the process of collective living in the neighbourhood Villa Parque San Jorge de Cosquín will be deepened, with the aim of understanding the importance that the urbanization processes of the Córdoba mountains have taken and the territorial relations that are interwoven between different territories.
