Soberanía y representación política

Abstract

Este trabajo busca reflexionar sobre la doctrinade la soberanía en relación con el problemade la representación y participación política.Sabemos que estas últimas presuponen laexistencia de un poder legítimo, la relaciónprincipal que se genera de mando y obediencia,implica que quien detenta el poder poseaautoridad de mando y representatividad.Indagaremos sobre la consistencia de larepresentación política, la crisis actual de lapartidocracia y los problemas inherentes alpoder que articulan a la comunidad en vistas ala consecución del bien común político.

This work seeks to reflect on the doctrine of the Sovereignty in relation to the problem of political representation and participation. We know that the latter presuppose the existence of a legitimate power, the main connection that generates by command and obedience, implies that the one who holds power has command and representativeness authority. We will inquire into the consistency of political representation, the current crisis of the partisan democracy and the problems inherent in power that articulate the community in order to achieve the common political good.
