La política exterior de Cambiemos y la posición frente al caso de Venezuela

Abstract

Este artículo se propone analizar el cambio de posición del gobierno argentino en relación con el caso de la crisis venezolana. Para ello, se identifican las principales características del diseño de la política exterior durante el período 2015- 2019, tarea que permite poner en contexto aquel cambio antes mencionado. Seguidamente, se presenta el caso de la crisis venezolana y, finalmente, se seleccionan un conjunto de referentes empíricos que evidencian el desplazamiento de una posición de ‘silencio’ hacia una posición crítica respecto del caso escogido.

This article aims to analyze the Argentine government's change of position in relation to the Venezuela Crisis. To this end, the main characteristics of foreign policy design are identified during the period 2015-2019, that allows us to put into context the afored-mentioned change of position. Next, the case of the Venezuelan crisis will be presented. Finally, a set of empirical references are selected that show the shift of a position of 'silence' towards a critical one with respect to the chosen case.
