dc.description.abstract

This work propose to achieve two objectives. On the one hand, it seekd to reveal within the Kierkegaardian corpus, that by showing in Fear and Trembling, That anxiety has been disregarded in the story of Abraham, Johannes de silentio anticipates the need to deal the “concept” of anxiety, something which Haufniensis will take up only in 1844. An "anticipation" of the central concept of Kierkegaard's psychology appears in Fear and Trembling (1843) , since anxiety, which will later be conceived as a defining state of subjectivity, emerges in that work. On the other hand, continuing with the line of analysis begun in "From Kierkegaard to Freud: observations on the psychology of modern malaise" (2017), we argue that Kierkegaard anticipates problems in the psychoanalytic field not only in epistemological, but also in methodological, conceptual and thematic terms. To demonstrate this, we placed special emphasis on the emergence of the concept of anxiety in Fear and Trembling, with the aim of revealing the importance of this notion in Lacanian psychoanalysis, as a way of conceptualizing subjectivity in terms that the Hegelian dialectic does not make possible because its absolute character leaves no room for any "remainder" of not knowing. Kierkegaard's anziety is essential to accounting for the constitutive "lack" of the subject that Lacan postulates.
