Cuidar a quienes cuidan: dispositivo de acompañamiento a colectivos de trabajadores

Abstract

Este trabajo se propone describir y reflexionar sobre el dispositivo “Cuidar a quienes cuidan” como herramienta de abordaje con equipos que realizan tareas esenciales de cuidado, puntualizando en la experiencia llevada a cabo durante la pandemia en 2020. Esta propuesta se sustenta teórica y metodológicamente en la perspectiva de la salud colectiva, la psicodinámica del trabajo, las condiciones y medio ambiente de trabajo y otros aportes del campo de la sociología y la psicología social comunitaria. Durante 2020, los equipos de trabajo de la primera línea se han visto interpelados y desafiados al borde de sus posibilidades para continuar garantizando derechos en un escenario muy desfavorecedor. El soporte del dispositivo “cuidar a quienes cuidan” ha permitido problematizar y pensar estrategias preventivas frente a lo arrasador del contexto socio-sanitario.

This paper aims to describe and analyze the “Caring for those who care” strategy as an approach tool with teams that perform essential care tasks, highlighting the experience carried out during the covid-19 pandemics in 2020. This work is theoretically and methodologically based on the perspective of collective health, psychodynamics, work conditions and environment, and other contributions from the field of sociology and community/social psychology. During 2020, work teams have been doing “front line work” and have been doing everything possible to be able to guarantee rights in a very complex scenario. The support of the “Caring for those who care” strategy has allowed them to problematize and think about preventive and protective actions in that devastating socio-health context.
