Estado y organizaciones de la sociedad civil. Un breve recorrido histórico por los constructores del campo de lo social

Abstract

El artículo se centra -a partir de un pequeño recorrido histórico y de la mano de variados autores- en los dos actores principales de la política social en la Argentina, hacemos referencia, al Estado y a la sociedad civil. El vínculo entre ellos principalmente estuvo atravesado por tensiones y articulaciones pues las nuevas configuraciones que fue adquiriendo la sociedad civil se dieron por efecto de cambio del Estado que transformó a la sociedad civil y, en otros momentos históricos, la sociedad civil fue la que reconfiguró al Estado. En este sentido, la hipótesis de partida del artículo sostiene que una reconfiguración en el Estado reconfigura a la sociedad civil y viceversa.

A special characteristic of Argentina is that throughout its history there existed a strong link between the state and civil society. The purpose of this article is to review the relationships and influences, throughout our history, between the civil society and the state in building the social field. Specifically, we want to show that they are not entities completely separated from each other or with very different logics but they are mutually constitutive areas.
