Resumen
First, I want to thank Ugo Rossi for his generosity in organizing this forum about Neoliberalism from Below: Popular Pragmatics and Baroque Economies (Duke University Press, 2017). Opening it up as an object of reading and conversation based on the perspective of geography ? and particularly economic and urban geography ? allows the reviews collected here to function as excavations within the book, illuminating veins, layers and features that were not previously visible, with different emphases based on the authors? interests and concerns. Along this line, I want to highlight a first effect that excites me and again that I am grateful for confirming that my non-disciplinary preoccupation with the geographical dimension of neoliberalism allows for establishing a fruitful dialogue with the discipline?s current debates and dilemmas. Now, this obligates me to carry out a mirror exercise with the commentaries in the form of a question: How does the geographical question appear when conceptualizing neoliberalism from below?
