Los otros de 1995: Remo Costanzo y Omar Lehner, discursos de oposición en Río Negro (1995)

Abstract

El presente artículo forma parte de una investigación de mayor alcance en la que se trata de interpretar los motivos de la victoria por parte de la Unión Cívica Radical en las elecciones de 1995 en Río Negro. Con el objetivo de construir un mapeo completo de las diversas posiciones discursivas que se dieron en las mencionadas elecciones presentaremos aquí un análisis de los discursos opositores al radicalismo; nos referimos a los sostenidos por el Partido Justicialista y el Frente País Solidario. Para dicho fin, y por estar la investigación en una etapa exploratoria, tomaremos como fuentes las declaraciones (públicas y en entrevistas propias) de los dos candidatos en la elección que se llevara a cabo en dicho año, Remo Costanzo y Omar Lehner respectivamente. Si bien estos partidos, junto a la U.C.R, no fueron las únicas opciones en esta contienda electoral, también se presentaron Raúl Rajneri por Alianza Sur y Juan Pablo Ortiz por el MODIN (Movimiento de la Dignidad Nacional) no los hemos tenido en cuenta en el análisis ya que entre las dos fuerzas apenas llegaron al 1% de los votos.

This article is part of a more far-reaching investigation in which it is a question of interpreting the reasons for the victory by the Radical Civic Union in the 1995 elections in Río Negro. With the objective of constructing a complete mapping of the diverse discursive positions that were given in the mentioned elections we present here an analysis of the discourses opposed to the radicalism; We refer to those sustained by the Justicialist Party and the Front Solidarity Country. To that end, and because the research is in an exploratory stage, we will take as sources the statements (public and in own interviews) of the two candidates in the election that will be held in that year, Remo Costanzo and Omar Lehner respectively. Although these parties, together with the UCR, were not the only options in this electoral contest, Raúl Rajneri was also presented by Alianza Sur and Juan Pablo Ortiz for the MODIN (National Dignity Movement). We have not taken them into account in the Analysis as between the two forces barely reached 1% of the votes.
