El dispositivo problemática ambiental

Abstract

En el presente trabajo presentamos y problematizamos cierto dispositivo dirigido al tema de la problemática ambiental, destacando de dicha problemática: su alcance global, su carácter de urgente y su capacidad para afectar a la viabilidad de la especie humana. A la vez, indicamos que esta caracterización de la crisis ambiental, se encuentra asociada a una red institucional de corte internacional dirigida a la gestión de este tema. Señalamos aquí, algunos intentos por utilizar a la problemática ambiental como coartada para el establecimiento de una administración mundial. Finalmente, concluimos que se presenta cierta simetría entre la forma en que el saber configura el tema de la PA y la forma en que el poder se estructura para administrar dicho tema.

In this study we present and problematize the device directed to the environmental issue. We highlight its global extent, its matter of urgency and its capacity to affect the human species viability. At the same time, we state that this characterization of the environmental crisis is associated with an institutional network of international court directed to the management of this subject. We note here some attempts to use the environmental issue as an "alibi" for the establishment of a World administration. Finally, we conclude that there is certain symmetry between the way in which knowledge configures the environmental issue and the way in which power is structured to manage this subject.
