La segunda imagen invertida brasileña: Una coalición neo-desarrollista surgida en relación a su inserción económica internacional (2002 - 2016)

Abstract

El objetivo principal de este trabajo es realizar un estudio de las caracte- rísticas particulares adoptadas por la coalición construida por el Partido dos Trabalhadores (PT) a partir de 2003. Se tendrá en consideración la estructura teórico-metodológica propuesta por la literatura en coaliciones políticas. El trabajo estará compuesto por tres partes. Primero, se procederá a desarrollar brevemente qué se entiende por análisis de coaliciones y qué se entenderá aquí por Neodesarrollismo. En segundo lugar, se procederá a explicar las condiciones político-económicas que limitaron el proyecto desarrollado por el PT a lo largo del período 2002-2016. Por último, se identificarán y describirán las particularidades de dicho proyecto, como así también quiénes fueron sus principales beneficiarios y perjudicados.

The main objective of this work is to carry out a study of the particular characteristics adopted by the coalition built by the Partido dos Trabalhadores (PT) from 2003 onwards. The theoretical-methodological structure proposed by the literature on political coalitions will be taken into consideration. . The work will be made up of three parts. First, we will proceed to briefly develop what is understood by coalition analysis and what is understood here by Neodevelopmentalism. Second, we will proceed to explain the political-economic conditions that limited the project developed by the PT throughout the 2002-2016 period. Finally, the particularities of this project will be identified and decribed, as well as who were the main beneficiaries and who were hermed by the PT´s project.
