El trazado epistemológico-conceptual de las políticas sociales y las juventud(es) en Argentina

Abstract

El texto se propone revisar los diferentes enfoques teóricos a partir de los cuales se ha abordado el estudio de las políticas sociales en Argentina. Allí se agrega otra categoría teórica relevante: juventudes. Ello tiene sentido por cuanto -tal como se señala en el artículo- existe una recurrencia en la producción científica a construir conocimiento sobre intervenciones sociales dirigidas al colectivo eludiendo los marcos teóricos generales que han sido utilizados para explicar el funcionamiento de dichas acciones estatales. Sin embargo, respecto de la categoría juventudes, en plural, el texto asume una posición epistemológica que se explicita desde sus comienzos. Para efectuar dicha revisión se han tenido en cuenta las producciones científicas de relevantes centros de investigación -radicados en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires (Argentina)- que realizan indagaciones sobre el tema con impacto en todo el territorio nacional.

The text proposes to review the different theoretical approaches from which the study of social policies in Argentina has been addressed. Besides that, another relevant theoretical category is added: youth. This makes sense because -as mentioned in the article- there is a recurrence in scientific production to build knowledge about social policies directed to the collective eluding the general theoretical frameworks that have been used to explain the functioning of said state actions. However, regarding the category of youth, in the plural, the text assumes an epistemological position that is explicit from its beginnings. In order to carry out this review, we considered the scientific productions of relevant research centers -located in the City of Buenos Aires (Argentina)- with impact throughout the national territory.
