How does yoga compare with exercise for women with a diagnosis of breast cancer?

Abstract

For women with a diagnosis of breast cancer, very low‐certainty evidence suggests that yoga and exercise might be similarly effective in improving quality of life, and yoga might be slightly better for fatigue; however, these estimations are based on a small number of participants and are imprecise. No information is available for other outcomes, such as depression, anxiety, sleep disturbances, or adverse events.
