''Mil formas de recrearse'': Experiencias de infancia en un Hogar Escuela durante el peronismo: entre las actividades recreativas, las experiencias y el discurso estatal

Abstract

A comienzos de la década de 1950, comenzó a funcionar en la ciudad de Córdoba el Hogar Escuela General Juan Perón, construido por la Fundación Eva Perón. En este instituto de menores se configuró una particular forma de pensar la infancia que duró hasta el golpe de Estado de 1955. Este artículo indaga, a partir de considerar que las actividades recreativas son constitutivas de un tipo de subjetividad, el vínculo entre la intervención del Estado durante el gobierno peronista y las experiencias educativas de infancia que tuvieron lugar en un Hogar Escuela en la ciudad de Córdoba. De esta forma, se analizan las implicancias que tuvieron el juego y el deporte en la configuración de estas infancias en el marco de las experiencias educativas que se gestaron en esta institución. Para ello, se ponen en diálogo entrevistas realizadas a dos personas que vivieron parte de su niñez en el Hogar Escuela General Juan Perón y otros documentos entre los cuales se destaca, principalmente, una colección fotográfica que permite establecer un vínculo con los entrevistados y, al mismo tiempo, preguntarse por las experiencias de infancias ligadas a lo recreativo, con el foco puesto en la vida cotidiana.

At the beginning of the 1950s, the Hogar Escuela General Juan Perón, built by the Eva Perón Foundation, began to operate in Córdoba city. A particular way of thinking about childhood was configured at this institute for minors that lasted until the coup of 1955. Based on the notion that recreational activities constitute a type of subjectivity, this article investigates the link between the intervention of State during the Peronist government and the educational experiences of childhood that took place at an Hogar Escuela in Córdoba city. Thus, the implications of games and sports for the configuration of childhood are analyzed within the framework of the educational experiences that were developed at this institution. To that end, interviews conducted with two individuals who lived part of their childhood in the Hogar Escuela “General Juan Perón” and other documents are put into dialogue. Among such documents, a photographic collection stands out, which allowed us not only to establish a link with the interviewees, but also to wonder about childhood experiences related to entertainent, with a focus on daily life.
