La ideología del reconocimiento: Apuntes sobre la construcción e institucionalización estatal de una alteridad indígena (2003-2015)

Abstract

En este trabajo analizamos el reconocimiento de la diversidad étnica como un dispositivo específico inserto en lo que denominamos "ideología inclusiva", parte de la construcción de hegemonía del gobierno nacional argentino entre 2003-2015. En un marco de reconocimiento hacia distintas "minorías", abordaremos la forma particular de construcción de la alteridad indígena del periodo, distinguiendo por un lado la concreción de vínculos y políticas orientadas "hacia adentro" del sector indígena; y por el otro, los discursos, narrativas y figuraciones sobre lo indígena, públicas o "hacia afuera". A partir de estos elementos observamos la potencialidad, límites y contradicciones de dicho "reconocimiento".

In this work, we analyze the recognition of ethnic diversity as a specific tour inserted in what we call “inclusive ideology”, which played a role in the construction of the Argentine national government’s hegemony between 2003-2015. In a framework of recognition towars different minorities, we will address the particular form of the construction of this indigenous “otherness” of the period, distinguishing, on one hand, the specification of "inward oriented" links and policies of the indigenous peoples; and on the other, the speeches, narratives, and representations about the indigenous people, public or “outward”. From these various aspects, we observe the potential limits and contradictions of this “recognition”.
