Aproximaciones a la figura de Jesús en la Tosefta y en el Yerushalmi

Abstract

En esta breve presentación reflexionamos sobre dos de las primeras referencias a Jesús en particular –y al cristianismo en general– en la literatura rabínica. A partir del estudio de un pasaje en Tosefta, recuperado y expandido en el Yerushalmi, así como también de otro presente en este último corpus, pondremos de relieve tanto el conocimiento rabínico de ciertas tradiciones cristianas, como la preocupación del grupo rabínico por establecer su autoridad sobre el resto de los judíos.

In this brief presentation I will analyze the first two references to Jesus and Christianity in rabbinical literature. By studying a short text found in Tosefta, recovered and expanded in the Yerushalmi, and another reference in this latter corpus, the rabbinical knowledge of certain Christian traditions will come to light, as well as the rabbis concern with establishing their authority over the Jews.
