Pibes normales, pibes de jean: La problemática del estigma en la agrupación Hijos y Nietos de Presos Políticos

Abstract

La agrupación Hijos y Nietos de Presos Políticos (HNPP) surgió en 2008 con el objetivo de denunciar presuntas irregularidades en los juicios de lesa humanidad. Se trata de hijos y nietos que, en la mayoría de los casos, nacieron con posterioridad a la última dictadura. Estos actores a menudo perciben que la condena social hacia sus familiares tiene un carácter transitivo hacia ellos, más allá de las posiciones que adopten frente al pasado reciente. Ante ello, realizan una serie de esfuerzos para lidiar con el peso del estigma, que se traslucen en el discurso colectivo y en las narrativas individuales que hilvanan. Tomando como fuente de análisis un conjunto de entrevistas en profundidad realizadas durante el proceso de investigación, el artículo se concentra en el modo en que esta problemática emerge en la palabra de los hijos de militares detenidos por lesa humanidad.

The organization Hijos y Nietos de Presos Políticos (HNPP) emerged in 2008 with the aim of reporting alleged irregularities in trials against humanity. They are children and grandchildren who, in most cases, were born after the last dictatorship. These actors often perceive that social condemnation towards their relatives has a transitive nature towards them, regardless of the positions they adopt about the recent past. Given this, they make a series of efforts to deal with the weight of the stigma, which can be seen in the collective discourse and in the individual narratives that weave together. Taking as a source of analysis a set of in-depth interviews carried out during the investigation process, the article focus on the way this problem emerges in the words of the children of the military detained for humanity.
