Demandas de la agricultura familiar: Estudio de caso en Oberá (Misiones, Argentina), 2008-2015

Abstract

Este artículo identifica y analiza las características de las demandas de las organizaciones de la agricultura familiar de Oberá (Misiones, Argentina), en torno a la intervención estatal sobre el sector yerbatero durante el período 2008-2015. El interés por estudiar este período se justifica en que, si bien existen investigaciones sobre antes y des-pués del mismo, es escaso lo que se conoce acerca de lo sucedido entre 2008 y 2015. En particular, se indaga sobre el objeto de las demandas centradas en el rol estatal. El análisis se ordenó por medio de dos dimensiones: la econó-mico-productiva y la político-institucional, las cuales permitieron especificar las características de los reclamos y las propuestas, al mismo tiempo que aportar elementos sobre la estructura social agraria del territorio y la estatalidad.

This article identifies and analyses the characteristics of family farm organizations demands of Oberá (Misiones, Argentina), regarding of State intervention on the yerbatero sector, during the period 2008-2015. The interest to study said time lapse is justified in that although there are investigations about the previous and after it, little is known about what happened between 2008 and 2015. In particular, here it is inquired about the object of demands focus on the State role, rather than the methodology of them or the identity of their organizations as they shaped previous studies. The analysis was ordered by two dimensions: the economic-productive and the political-institutional, which allowed to specify the characteristics of the claims and the proposals, and at the same time, provide elements around the agrarian social structure of the territory and the statehood.
