Oraciones y Cantares al angelito: Corrientes (Argentina) y Sur del Paraguay

Abstract

Del campo de la Antropología de la muerte, el morir y los muertos re- cortamos para esta presentación parte de la problemática vinculada a las oraciones y cantares ante la muerte del angelito. Nos planteamos como objetivo el registro y análisis de algunas de las oraciones y cantares que habilitan la angelización- y el paso del niño al cielo- en los velorios y las inhumaciones. El material es retomado de fuentes históricas y registros de primera mano, este último comprende el periodo 2010-2018. De esta forma damos cuenta de un complejo entramado de relaciones entre los deudos y el niño difunto sobre la base de las oraciones y cantares.

From the field of Anthropology of death, death and the dead we cut for this presentation part of the problem linked to the prayers and songs before the death of the little angel. We aim to record and analyze some of the prayers and songs that enable “angelization” - and the child’s passage to heaven - in the wake and burials. The material is retaken from historical sources and first-hand records, the latter comprising the 2010-2018 period. In this way we realize a complex network of relationships between the bereaved and the deceased child based on the prayers and songs.
