Entre la "obediencia inexacta" y la "guerra antisubversiva": Estrategias discursivas de las Fuerzas Armadas en el Juicio a las Juntas Militares

Abstract

El trabajo analiza los discursos construidos por los miembros de las Fuerzas Armadas de Argentina durante el "Juicio a las Juntas Militares" de 1985, evento judicial que, en el contexto de la transición a la democracia, tuvo por objeto revisar las responsabilidades de las máximas autoridades militares por las violaciones a los derechos humanos cometidas en dictadura. En ese marco, se analizan las características de esos discursos y los tipos de relatos que construían sobre el pasado de violencia política, así como la relación establecida entre esas intervenciones y la escena judicial. Finalmente, a la luz de esos resultados, se reflexiona sobre las potencialidades de las escenas judiciales transicionales para constituirse en campos propicios a la cristalización pública de saberes sociales en disputa.

The paper analyzes the discourse constructed by the members of the Argentine Armed Forces during the "Trial of the Juntas" of 1985, a judicial event that, in the context of the transition to democracy, sought to review the responsibilities of the highest military authorities for human rights violations committed during this dictatorship. Within this framework, the characteristics of these discourses and the types of stories they constructed about the political violence of the past are analyzed, as well as the relationship established between these interventions and the judicial scene. Lastly, in light of these results, we refect on the potential of transitional judicial scenes to become felds conducive to the public crystallization of disputed social knowledge.
