Qué puede un colectivo. Un análisis sobre la Diplomatura en gestión sociocultural para el desarrollo comunitario como experiencia de formación y organización en contextos de encierro

Abstract

Este trabajo presenta la experiencia de formación de la Diplomatura de pregrado en Gestión Sociocultural para el Desarrollo Comunitario, dictada en el Centro Universitario Devoto (CUD), dentro del Complejo Penitenciario Federal de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires. Esta diplomatura se dicta desde el año 2016 en el marco del Programa de Extensión en Cárceles (PEC), dependiente de la Secretaría de Extensión Universitaria y Bienestar Estudiantil de la Facultad de Filosofía y Letras de la Universidad de Buenos Aires, y busca fortalecer las estrategias y acciones llevadas adelante por el programa, orientadas a promover la defensa de los derechos humanos y construir herramientas y oportunidades para la inclusión social de las personas privadas de libertad y liberadas. Propongo recuperar el proceso de elaboración y puesta en marcha de la diplomatura para cruzar su devenir con algunas categorías construidas en la tesis doctoral: los hechos, las redes, los puentes, como dimensiones formativas en las cárceles. La reconstrucción de esta experiencia resulta un ejercicio formativo y tiene un valor en sí mismo, ya que permite dejar sistematizado algo de ese conocimiento. Parte de lo hecho, lo construido, lo que hizo sentido. Dejar huella para que otros equipos puedan conocer y por qué no, retomar la experiencia que presentamos.

This work presents the training experience of the Undergraduate Diploma in Socio-Cultural Management for Community Development, taught at the Devoto University Center (CUD), within the Federal Penitentiary Complex of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. This diploma has been organized since 2016 under the Extension Program in Prisons (PEC), which depends of the Secretariat of University Extension and Student Welfare (SEUBE) of the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters of the University of Buenos Aires. It seeks to strengthen the strategies and actions carried out by the program, aimed at promoting the defense of human rights and building tools and opportunities for the social inclusion of persons deprived of liberty and released. I propose to recover the process of preparation and implementation of the diploma to cross its future with some categories built in the doctoral thesis and other conceptual, political and epistemological elaborations that support it. The reconstruction of this experience is a formative exercise and has a value in itself, since it allows to systematize some of that knowledge. Part of what was done, what was built, what made sense. Leave a mark so that other teams can meet and, why not, retake the experience we present. At the same time, I will make available how and why this experience transforms not only the penitentiary institution, but the university itself
