Resumen

Alzheimer's Disease (AD) is not only more frequent and has an earlier onset in Down Syndrome (DS) than in the general population, but also has an atypical clinical phenotype and an uncertain genetic risk factor and biomarker profile. The aim of this study is to investigate clinical, genetic and biomarker aspects of AD in DS.
