La captura policial a la población joven: Dimensiones jurídicas y experienciales en Rio Cuarto de Argentina (2003-2015)

Abstract

Este artículo es resultado de una investigación, donde indagamos las configuraciones subjetivas de los jóvenes de sectores populares capturados por la policía, en la Ciudad de Río Cuarto (Argentina). Razón por la cual, del conjunto de problemáticas y de los derechos incumplidos por parte de los Estados para con la población joven nos detendremos en las prácticas policiales frente a ellos. Para cumplir con el objetivo a continuación presentamos el Problema de investigación. Posteriormente, puntualizamos el Marco Teórico, como puntos de partida conceptual para abordar el objeto de estudio. Subsiguiente, en Metodología, exponemos los criterios muestrales, las técnicas de recolección y análisis de la información. Para luego dar paso a los Resultados, expuestos en dos dimensiones, por un lado, el análisis normativo; por otro, el análisis de las experiencias de captura en jóvenes varones de sectores populares. Finalmente, en Conclusiones nos permitimos pensar nuevos interrogantes para seguir indagando sobre el tema.

This article is the result of an investigation, where we investigate the subjective configurations of young people from popular sectors captured by the police, in the City of Río Cuarto (Argentina). Reason for which, of the set of problems and of the breached rights on the part of the States towards the young population we will stop in the police practices in front of them. To meet the objective below we present the Research Problem. Subsequently, we point out the Theoretical Framework, as conceptual starting points to address the object of study. Subsequently, in Methodology, we expose the sampling criteria, the techniques for collecting and analyzing the information. To then give way to the Results, exposed in two dimensions, on the one hand, the normative analysis; on the other, the analysis of the experiences of capture in young men of popular sectors. Finally, in Conclusions we allow ourselves to think about new questions to continue inquiring about the subject.
