La producción de territorios precarios por el dispositivo legal

Abstract

Este artículo estudia dos conflictos por toma de tierra en la ciudad de Córdoba, Argentina: Piedra Blanca y Pueblos Unidos, a través del análisis de contenido de 56 entrevistas en profundidad. El objetivo ha sido conocer qué tipo de territorio se efectúa, entendiéndolo como el resultado de la intersección entre dispositivos de poder y la agencia de los sujetos. Del análisis se desprende que el principal dispositivo que se despliega sobre los conflictos es aquel legal, frente al cual los sujetos oponen tácticas. En las conclusiones presentamos el territorio configurado que se caracteriza por ser precario.

This article proposes an analysis of two conflicts for occupation of land in the city of Cordoba, Argentina: Piedra Blanca and Pueblos Unidos, through the analysis of content of 56 interviews in depth. The aim of this work has been to know what type of territory takes place, understanding it as the result of the intersection between devices of power and the agency of the subjects. From the analysis it is inferred that the main device that is deployed on conflicts is the legal one, against which subjects oppose tactics. Thus, in the conclusions we have presented the precarious territory.
