Cambiemos, las derechas y el problema de la hegemonía en la coyuntura argentina

Abstract

Desde que la coalición Cambiemos gobierna en Argentina se ha discutido si representa o no una "nueva derecha" y si es capaz de construir hegemonía. En este ensayo pretendemos abrir esas discusiones desde una perspectiva principalmente teórica, intentando precisar qué puede entenderse por "derechas" en la actualidad y qué por hegemonía. Si se renuevan las preguntas por la vinculación entre "derechas" y hegemonías, sostenemos, esto implica reflexionar también sobre el contenido ideológico de esas orientaciones. De allí que la exposición estará guiada por un carril central: ¿Qué implica pensar las "derechas" actuales en términos de hegemonía?, ¿de clases dominantes a clases dirigentes?

Since the Cambiemos coalition has governed Argentina, it has been discussed whether or not it represents a "new right" and if it is capable of building hegemony. In this essay we intend to open these discussions from a mainly theoretical perspective, trying to specify what can be understood by "right-wing" today and what by hegemony. If the questions about the link between "rights" and hegemonies are renewed, we argue, this implies also reflecting on the ideological content of those orientations. Hence, the exhibition will be guided by a central lane: what does it mean to think about the current "rights" in terms of hegemony? From ruling classes to ruling classes?
