Tramas de bienestar, membresía y sujetos políticos: La Organización Tupac Amaru en el norte argentino

Abstract

Este artículo analiza el papel de movimientos sociales en la creación de trabajo mediante políticas públicas en el contexto de “gobiernos progresistas” en Argentina. Estudia antropológicamente a la Organización Barrial Tupac Amaru en la provincia de Jujuy para examinar cómo esos puestos de trabajo impactan en la economía política regional y cómo se inscriben en una trama de bienestar compuesta de vivienda, salud, educación y recreación. Se atiende a la reclamación de derechos de ciudadanía social así como a la constitución de membresía y subjetividad política. Se sostiene que la Organización Barrial Tupac Amaru expresa una forma de apropiación colectiva de parte del excedente social concentrado y redistribuido a través de políticas públicas. Apropiación que se sostiene en la lucha y en el trabajo colectivo. Asimismo, prácticas pedagógicas, terapéuticas y estéticas producen a los sujetos como sujetos colectivos, quienes tendrán derecho a los bienes creados como parte del colectivo.

This article analyzes the role of social movements in order to create job through public policies in the context of progressive governments in Argentina. It is based It is based on the results of ethnographic work with the members of the Organización Barrial Tupac Amaru in Jujuy province. Examine how jobs created impact on the regional political economy and how they are part of a frame composed of welfare housing, health, education and recreation. It serves claim social citizenship rights as well as the constitution of membership and political subjectivity. It is argued that the Organización Barrial Tupac Amaru expresses a form of collective ownership of part of the social surplus concentrated and redistributed through public policies. Pedagogic, therapeutic and aesthetic practices produce subjects as collective subjects who are entitled to the assets created collectively
