Una hipótesis sobre los orígenes del problema económico. Revolución neolítica y relación tributaria desde una perspectiva multidisciplinaria

Abstract

El presente trabajo expone a modo de hipótesis una propuesta de estructuración conceptual de dos fenómenos de elevada trascendencia histórica en la cultura humana: la revolución Neolítica y la relación tributaria. Asimismo, se presenta someramente parte de la evolución orgánica y cultural anterior de los grupos humanos, sin pretensión de exhaustividad ni profundidad, sino tan solo para remarcar ciertas condiciones necesarias para el surgimiento de la relación tributaria. Como hipótesis, se plantea que dicha relación fundamentará el nacimiento del problema económico (con el subsiguiente efecto de determinar el traspaso hacia la intensificación económica), y por ende determinará una significativa diferencia entre la evolución técnica determinada por el condicionamiento natural (ambiental, orgánico, etc.) y la creciente significatividad de la determinación social de dicha evolución. La intensificación económica determinada por la relación tributaria será la base de la trascendente revolución técnica iniciada en el Neolítico.

This paper presents as hypothesis a conceptual structuring of two phenomena of high historical significance in human culture: the Neolithic revolution and the tax relationship. Also, part of the preterit organic and cultural evolution of human groups are briefly presented, with no claim to completeness or depth, but only to highlight certain contributing to the development of the tax relationship conditions. As a hypothesis, we propose that this relationship will base the birth of the economic problem (with the subsequent effect of determinate the "economic intensification"), and thus establish a significant difference between technical evolution guided by natural conditionality (environmental, organic, etc.) and the growing significance of the social determination of such developments. The economic intensification determined by tax relationship will be the base of the significant technological revolution born in the Neolithic.
