Desarrollos de la Psicología Perinatal: secreto por nacer. Cuando un bebé busca a su madre adolescente

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo presentar el caso clínico de una madre adolescente, que hemos trabajado a través de 21 entrevistas en un lapso de 6 meses en el marco de nuestra práctica de Psicología Perinatal. El campo de la Psicología Perinatal constituye un área nueva dentro de la Psicología. Abarca el momento del embarazo, parto, puerperio y los primeros meses de vida del niño, y trabaja con dos sujetos: la madre y el niño. El trabajo que aquí se presenta se realizó recopilando las acciones de las psicólogas de guardia que participaron en este caso, desde la internación hasta el alta definitiva de la madre adolescente y su hijo; y de esta forma presentar una modalidad de intervención en crisis -en maternidad adolescente-, ya que consideramos que esta adolescente se encuentra atravesando una triple crisis: su adolescencia, la maternidad y la internación de su hijo. A su vez, la presentación de este caso nos permitirá reflexionar sobre la disociación del discurso institucional sobre los derechos del niño a tener una familia, el respeto a los tiempos adolescentes y los tiempos judiciales.

The aim is to present a case of an adolescent mother that we assisted, in 21 interviews for 6 moths, during our labour in Perinatal psychology. Perinatal Psychology creates a new area in psychology. It includes the pregnancy, delivery, puerperium and the first moths of life of the baby, and works with two subjects: the mother and the child. The report that we present here recapitulates the actions of the psychologists who worked on the case, since the internment of the baby until the adolescent mother and her son leave the hospital. In this way it presents a new way of intervention in crisis - in adolescent maternity - because we consider that this adolescent is going through a triple crisis: her adolescence, maternity and the internment of her baby. It will also allow us to think and reflect about the dissociation in the institutional speech about the rights of a child to have a family, the respect for the adolescent time and the judicial time.
