dc.description.abstract
After a long decade of successive social crises and the progressive renewal of governmental lineups in various countries on the continent, there are different perspectives on what has been referred to as the end of anera or the conclusion of a cycle. This conclusion is associated with those governmentsin some cases being voted out of power and in other cases simplyno longer being capable of deploying the tools that formerly granted themtheir progressive or popular status, which demonstrates the precarity of theapparatuses of social inclusion that they created.
