El Acuerdo Escazú y la accesibilidad a derechos ambientales en la provincia de Río Negro, Argentina: Un paso hacia el desarrollo sostenible

Abstract

A partir del análisis del reciente “Acuerdo Escazú” de carácter regional, se abordó el concepto de accesibilidad a derechos ambientales. De esta manera, se analizó la relación problemática existente entre la normativa que los rige y los conflictos socio ambientales que los refleja como insuficientes. El caso seleccionado es la Provincia de Río Negro, Argentina, del cual se detalló estos temas a nivel local, mediante el análisis de legislación internacional, nacional y local.

Based on the analysis of the recent “Escazú Agreement” of a regional nature, the concept of accessibility to environmental rights was addressed. In this way, the problematic relationship between the regulations that govern them and the socio-environmental conflicts that reflect them as insufficient was analyzed. The case selected is the Río Negro Province, which detailed these issues at the local level, through the analysis of international, national and local legislation.
