Los trabajadores del arte. El caso de los directores de teatro independiente en Córdoba

Abstract

Los miembros del campo artístico han mantenido históricamente una resistencia a considerarse trabajadores. Actualmente en el mundo del teatro independiente de Córdoba los teatristas aspiran a tener trabajos artísticos remunerados, inmersos en una dinámica compleja atravesada por la tensión entre el reconocimiento social y el de sus pares, propia del ámbito del teatro independiente. Se abordará una comprensión del rol de la dirección teatral atendiendo a la tensión que genera la inmaterialidad producto de su trabajo y la definición de una actitud artística de ruptura con la demanda. Se considerará el valor de los trabajos alimentarios en el campo artístico, imaginando la mutua vinculación entre la producción de obra y estos puestos laborales, que corresponden a los de mayor ambición.

The members of the artistic field have historically maintained a resistance to consider themselves workers. However, currently in the world of independent theater in Córdoba, the theater players aspire to be artistic workers, immersed in a complex dynamic crossed by the tension between social recognition and that of their peers. An understanding of the role of the theatrical direction will be tackled taking into account the tension generated by the immateriality product of his work and the definition of an artistic attitude of rupture with the demand. The value of the food works linked to the artistic field will be considered, imagining the mutual connection between the production of art work and these jobs, which correspond to those of greater ambition.
