¿Riesgos sociales o riesgos organizacionales?

Abstract

En este trabajo analizamos la relación entre riesgos sociales y riesgos organizacionales. Para esto, nos orientamos por la teoría cognitiva social del riesgo propuesta por Mary Douglas que consiste en estudiar la percepción del riesgo en su conexión con las instituciones sociales en las que esa percepción tiene lugar. A partir de un estudio de caso intentamos contribuir a esta propuesta. Analizando una organización voluntaria damos cuenta de cómo los riesgos organizacionales se vinculan directamente con la percepción de los riesgos sociales. En esta dirección, concluimos en que toda hetero-referencia de riesgos sociales implica una auto-referencia del observador que describe esa realidad.

In this work, we analyze the relationship between social risks and organizational risks based on the social-cognitive theory of risk proposed by Mary Douglas that consists in studying the risk perception in connection with the social institutions where this perception takes place. We analyzed as a case study, a voluntary organization where we observed how the organizational risks were directly related to the perception of social risks. We conclude that all hetero-reference of social risks involves a self-reference of the observer who is describing that reality.
