Neo-desarrollismo y kirchnerismo Aportes para un análisis conjunto del modelo de acumulación y la hegemonía en Argentina 2002-2008

Abstract

El artículo aborda la pregunta en torno a la configuración del modelo de acumulación postconvertibilidad en la Argentina y los principales rasgos de la construcción de hegemonía que asistió a dicho proceso, entre 2002 y 2008. Partimos de una sucinta caracterización de la crisis del 2001, para dar cuenta de las principales dinámicas políticoeconómicas, llegando hasta el conflicto agrario de 2008 que estableció un nuevo punto de inflexión. En este trayecto, abrimos una discusión en torno a la caracterización y nominación del modelo, las potencialidades y tensiones que lo atravesaron, la estructura de clases, el rol del Estado, el debate en torno a los sujetos y la «burguesía nacional», así como los alcances y límites de la construcción hegemónica, analizando la principal fuerza política del período: el kirchnerismo.

This article addresses the question about the configuration of Argentina´s post-convertibility accumulation model and the main features of the construction of hegemony attending this process, between 2002 and 2008. We start with a brief characterization of the 2001 crisis, to account for the main political and economic dynamics, reaching the agrarian conflict in 2008, which established a new turning point. In this way, we open a debate on the characterization and designation of the model, its potentialities and tensions, the class structure, the role of the State, the debate on the subjects and the «national bourgeoisie», as well as the range and limits of the hegemonic construction, analyzing the main political force of the period: Kirchnerism.
