Acumulación y hegemonía en Argentina durante el kirchnerismo

Abstract

En el artículo se analiza el modelo de acumulación y las disputas hegemónicas durante el primer gobierno de Cristina Fernández de Kirchner. Primero, se abordan algunos núcleos estructurales que marcan transformaciones y tensiones a nivel del modelo: desempeño industrial, crisis energética, cambios en el mundo de las finanzas y la situación de las clases subalternas. Posteriormente, se analizan tres momentos destacados de la dinámica política de la política económica: las retenciones y el conflicto agrario, la conformación del plan nacional para confrontar la crisis mundial y la radicalización progresista de la política pública. Las preguntas que guían el presente trabajo son: ¿qué características cobra el modelo de acumulación? ¿Cómo se enlazan las disputas hegemónicas con el desempeño del modelo en Argentina entre 2008 y 2011?

This paper analyzes the accumulation model and hegemonic disputes that took place under the first administration of Cristina Fernández de Kirchner. First, this article examines some core structural elements that shaped transformations and tension at the model level: industrial performance, the energy crisis, changes in the world of finance, and the status of subordinated classes. Subsequently, this paper looks at three key moments in the political dynamics of the economic policy: tax withholdings and the agrarian conflict, the launch of the national plan to confront the global crisis, and the progressivist radicalization of public policy. The questions guiding this work are as follows: what are the characteristics of the accumulation model? How are the hegemonic disputes tied to the performance of the model in Argentina between 2008 and 2011?
