Emprendedurismo: El discurso macrista sobre el merecimiento

Abstract

El artículo presenta los hallazgos centrales del análisis del discurso macrista, que se realizó como trabajo de tesis final de la Maestría en Políticas Sociales[1] , titulada “La construcción simbólica del emprendedurismo en los discursos del ex presidente Mauricio Macri.” En primer lugar describiremos brevemente el contexto en el cual se llevan a cabo los análisis sobre los discursos del ex presidente M. Macri. Y los propósitos de la Tesis de Maestría de la cual el presente artículo forma parte. En segundo lugar presentaremos la estrategia teórica metodológica, especificando la forma de obtención de la información y el tratamiento de la misma, como así también el proceso de construcción de categorías que guio el análisis. Posteriormente se plantea la categoría central estado canchero, vinculada a la de cultura del trabajo desde la mirada del merecimiento. Aquí se van anunciando las subcategorías que sostienen la categoría emergente apocado como aporte central de la tesis y de este artículo. Por último, se presentan reflexiones sobre lo que implicó el discurso del merecimiento anclado al paradigma del emprendedor neoliberal y sus implicancias para el surgimiento de experiencias de economía popular solidaria.

The article presents the central findings of the analysis of the Macrista discourse, which was carried out as the final thesis work of the Master's Degree in Social Policies, entitled "The symbolic construction of entrepreneurship in the speeches of former President Mauricio Macri." In the first place, we will briefly describe the context in which the analyzes of the speeches of former president M. Macri are carried out. And the purposes of the Master's Thesis of which this article is a part. Secondly, we will present the theoretical-methodological strategy, specifying the way of obtaining the information and its treatment, as well as the process of construction of categories that guided the analysis. Subsequently, the central category canchero state is proposed, linked to the culture of work from the perspective of deserve. Here are announced the subcategories that support the emerging category apocado as the central contribution of the thesis and this article. Finally, reflections are presented on what the discourse of deserve anchored to the paradigm of the neoliberal entrepreneur implied and its implications for the emergence of experiences of popular solidarity economy.
