Trayectorias educativas y laborales de los trabajadores rurales del sistema productivo en la región pampeana en la actualidad

Abstract

La investigación se enmarca en el campo de estudio sobre educación y trabajo, y tiene el objetivo de analizar las trayectorias de los trabajadores a través de reconstruir sus prácticas y elecciones que constituyen sus recorridos socio educativos y laborales en el marco del sistema productivo pampeano rural en la actualidad. Para recabar datos primarios, se utilizó la entrevista en profundidad y semi- estructurada realizada a trabajadores rurales que desarrollan distintas actividades en el sistema productivo. Como conclusión, se reconoce que el concepto de trayectoria remite a un proceso que no sólo contiene pasos o etapas vitales, sino que refleja relaciones, intereses y estrategias de participación en el territorio, donde los capitales juegan un papel fundamental y diferencial en las trayectorias de los trabajadores rurales.

The research is part of the field of study on education and work, and has the objective of analyzing the trajectories of the workers through reconstructing their practices and choices that constitute their socio-educational and labor trajectories within the framework of the rural Pampas productive system in the present. To collect primary data, an in-depth and semi-structured interview was used with rural workers who carry out different activities in the productive system. In conclusion, it is recognized that the concept of trajectory refers to a process that not only contains vital steps or stages, but also reflects relationships, interests and strategies of participation in the territory, where capitals play a fundamental and differential role in the trajectories of rural workers.
