Activismo jurídico-legal, tribunales de opinión y exilios: La circulación transnacional de la narrativa de la "masacre" argentina (1971-1980)

Abstract

Este artículo intenta reconstruir un conjunto de relaciones transatlánticas específicas y cambiantes que comenzaron a tejerse a principios de la década de 1970 entre actores transnacionales que desde su experticia jurídico-legal, desde sus diversas localizaciones temporales o definitivas; pero también en sus desplazamientos voluntarios o forzosos, regionales e intercontinentales, hicieron posible la articulación, circulación y proyección de la narrativa de la “masacre” argentina en los tribunales de opinión motorizados por Lelio Basso: el Tribunal Russell II (Roma-Bruselas-Roma, 1974-1976) y el Tribunal Permanente de los Pueblos, sesión Argentina (Ginebra, 1980).

This article attempts to reconstruct a set of specific and changing transatlantic relations that began to be woven in the early 1970s between transnational actors who, from their legal expertise, from their various temporary or definitive locations, but also in their voluntary or forced, regional and intercontinental displacements, made possible the articulation, circulation and projection of the narrative of the Argentine "massacre" in the tribunals of opinion promoted by Lelio Basso: The Russell II Tribunal (Rome-Brussels-Rome, 1974-1976) and the Permanent Peoples' Tribunal, Argentina session (Geneva, 1980).
