La práctica entre varios: Fundamentos teórico-clínicos y resortes de su eficacia

Abstract

El presente artículo tiene como propósito precisar los aspectos que hacen a la especificidad de la “práctica entre varios” y que la distinguen de otros abordajes. A partir de una revisión bibliográfica sobre el tema, y considerando diversas experiencias institucionales que se sustentan en dicha práctica, se trata de sistematizar los principales fundamentos que se encuentran a la base de su eficacia. Para ello, comenzamos por situar la posición del psicoanálisis de orientación lacaniana con respecto a algunos puntos cruciales de esta práctica, tales como la concepción del autismo, la ética que orienta la clínica y los tratamientos posibles. Estos tópicos permiten ubicar los aspectos que distinguen a esta práctica de otras no psicoanalíticas, e incluso de algunas psicoanalíticas que no se orientan por la enseñanza de Lacan. A continuación, se precisan los puntos que constituyen la especificidad de este dispositivo. Desarrollamos entonces la instauración del campo de la palabra y el lenguaje en la institución, el tratamiento de lo insoportable, las condiciones institucionales, colectivas y personales para el trabajo, y las reuniones de equipo. Finalmente, mencionamos algunos interrogantes que se abren a partir de este recorrido.

The purpose of this article is to specify the aspects that make the specificity of the "practice among many" and that distinguish it from other approaches. Starting from a bibliographic review on the subject, and considering various institutional experiences that are based on this practice, we try to systematize the main foundations that are at the base of its effectiveness. To do this, we begin by situating the position of Lacanian-oriented psychoanalysis with respect to some crucial points of this practice, such as the conception of autism, the ethics that guides the practice and the possible treatments. These topics allow us to locate the aspects that distinguish this clinic from other non-psychoanalytic clinics, and even from some psychoanalytic clinics that are not guided by Lacan's teaching. Next, the points that constitute the specificity of this dispositive are specified. We develop the establishment of the field of speech and language in the institution, the treatment of the unbearable, the institutional, collective and personal conditions for work, and team meetings. Finally, we mention some questions that arise from this research.
