dc.description.abstract
Sexual abuse in early childhood is addressed from different disciplinary perspectives. From the field of psychology, tools are presented to detect the suspected risk of sexual abuse in babies from 8 to 30 months by means of behavioral observables and indicators in instruments of attachment measurement and cognitive-psychomotor development with which a reasearch on the bases of attachment and Piagetian theories is elaborated. One of the applied instruments is the Argentinian Scale of sensory-motor intelligence, which yields quantitative and qualitative differential indicators among abused infants in relation to non-abused infants. Once the abusive situation is detected, from a clinical point of view, possible intrafamilial interventions are considered with the child. Narrative, as a discipline that fuses art and different scientific branches, creates a space of therapeutic value through the story. But it is, not only necessary to detect sexual abuse and intervene from the clinic, but also to denounce it to protect the child as a subject of rights. From the discipline of Law, the figure of the Child Lawyer has its normative basis to legitimize his intervention in all judicial / administrative proceedings in which the child is involved.
