Los consensos legislativos sobre las Fuerzas Armadas en la democracia argentina

Abstract

El artículo analiza los consensos partidarios sobre las normas que encuadran y definen el rol de los militares argentinos en tiempos democráticos. En este sentido se examina no sólo la continuidad y la coherencia entre los articulados de las distintas leyes sino que también se indaga sobre los correspondientes debates legislativos. En vistas de tomar en cuenta el contexto histórico, se parte de una perspectiva que pone de relieve la heterogeneidad del mundo castrense y las distintas variables que han influenciado sobre el perfil actual de sus organizaciones. Tal ejercicio no sólo permite reconstruir la trama del pasado sino observar el sustrato mismo de los acuerdos partidarios en relación a una temática nodal de la vida política argentina.

This article analyzes the party consensus on the rules that frame and define the role of the Argentine military in democratic times. In this sense, it examines not only the continuity and coherence between the articles of the various laws but also investigates the correspondent legislative debates. In order to take into account the historical context, stars from a perspective that emphasizes the heterogeneity of the military world and the different variables that have influenced the current profile of their organizations. Such exercise not only allows us to rebuild the story of the past but also look at the party agreements substrate in relation to a nodal theme of political life in Argentina.
