Este trabajo tiene por objeto comprender la construcción del Derecho Internacional Humanitario, su historia desde la antigüedad, los mecanismos que se hicieran necesarios y los órganos que lo representan. Su aplicación y funcionamiento en el Derecho Internacional.

Th is article has the objective of understand the construction of the International Humans Rights, its history since the antiquity, the mechanisms that made itself necessary and the organs that represents it, the application and how it works in the international right.
