La dimensión ética de la transpasibilidad Sobre la estructura analítica-existencial de la depresión

Abstract

El presente trabajo aborda la problemática del diagnóstico de la depresión. Frente a la psiquiatría y su perspectiva objetivante de la enfermedad y su tratamiento, se propone, mediante los análisis de Hans-Georg Gadamer y Henri Maldiney, mostrar de qué otro modo puede entenderse el significado de la patología y bajo qué parámetros es posible su tratamiento. Para ello se aborda críticamente, en primer lugar, el estatus epistémico de la medicina en su nueva modalidad como “mejoramiento humano”; y, en segundo lugar, la noción de depresión estableciendo su comprensión fenomenológica según la dimensión ética del concepto de transpasibilidad.

The present work addresses the problem of the diagnosis of depression. In the face of psychiatry and its objective perspective of the disease and its treatment, it is proposed, through the analyses of HansGeorg Gadamer and Henri Maldiney, to show in what other way the meaning of pathology can be understood and under what parameters its treatment is possible. To this end, the epistemic status of medicine in its new modality as “human improvement” is critically addressed in the first place; and, secondly, the notion of depression is approached by establishing its phenomenological understanding according to the ethical dimension of the concept of transpassibility.
