El impacto de la lucha armada, el castrismo y el foquismo en tres organizaciones trotskistas argentinas (1959-1969)

Abstract

En este trabajo exploraremos las posiciones del trotskismo argentino frente a la lucha armada en los años de influjo de la Revolución Cubana. Para ello abordaremos tres corrientes en general no consideradas por la historiografía: Política Obrera y los grupos El Proletario y Baluarte, contribuyendo a reponer el cuadro completo del trotskismo argentino. Intentaremos mostrar que el debate entre los partidarios de la "vía armada" no se limitó a una opción entre "foquismo" e "insurreccionalismo", como si fueran concepciones heredadas. Constataremos intentos de combinar ambas posiciones e incluso la filtración de elementos del foquismo en el desarrollo de estrategias ?insurreccionalistas?.

In this article we will explore how Argentine Trotskyism positioned itself towards armed struggle in the years of influence of the Cuban Revolution. With that purpose, we will tackle three organizations that have not been considered by historiography: Política Obrera (PO), the group El Proletario and Baluarte. By doing this, we attempt to restore the complete picture of Argentine Trotskyism. We will try to show that the debate among the supporters of the “armed way” was not limited to a choice between “guerrilla warfare” and “insurrectionalism”, as if they were inherited conceptions. We will verify attempts to combine both positions and even the filtration of elements of “guerrilla warfare” in the development of “insurrectionalist” strategies.
