La heterodoxia de la autonomía

Abstract

El objetivo de este artículo es analizar el enfoque teórico de la autonomía impulsado por Juan Carlos Puig, centrado en sus conceptos y prescripciones, con el fin de representar la renovación de la naturaleza de tal enfoque, para la doble perspectiva de explicar la política exterior argentina y de promover una concepción autonomista sobre la misma. En el análisis se valora de manera diferente el origen y la conformación que Puig le dio al citado enfoque, sobre el cual se avanza a través de la continuidad de lo que es un programa de investigación científica. Uno de los aspectos más destacado del estudio realizado es la valoración de la heterodoxia, muchas veces eclipsada por las diversas definiciones producidas en torno a la autonomía. En la conclusión señalamos al poder como la variable decisiva para discrepar con los poderosos dentro de las reglas de juego del sistema internacional.

The objective of this article is to analyze the theoretical approach of the autonomy driven by Juan Carlos Puig, focused on their concepts and requirements, in order to represent the renewal of the nature of such an approach, for the dual perspective to explain the Argentine foreign policy and to promote a conception and autonomist on the same. In the analysis are valued differently the origin and formation that Puig gave the approach on which it progresses through the continuity of what is a programme of scientific research. One of the most outstanding features of the study is the valuation of the heterodox, often overshadowed by the various definitions produced around the autonomy. In conclusion we point to power as the crucial variable to disagree with the powerful within the rules of the game in the international system.
