Continuidad pedagógica a través del aula virtual de la Universidad Nacional de Luján: Experiencia del área "Sistemas de Información Geográfica" ante la emergencia del COVID-19

Abstract

El presente trabajo detalla el acelerado proceso por el cual las asignaturas dictadas de manera presencial por los docentes del área Sistemas de Información Geográfica de la Universidad Nacional de Luján tuvieron que adaptarse al entorno digital del Aula Virtual para su continuidad pedagógica durante el primer cuatrimestre del año 2020 debido al Aislamiento Social, Preventivo y Obligatorio llevado a cabo en la Argentina con motivo de la pandemia del COVID-19. Se analiza el entorno de la plataforma digital, características de las asignaturas y de los alumnos, implementación de estrategias de enseñanza-aprendizaje en el entorno digital, características de la red docentes-alumnos y finalmente los resultados que posibilitaron dar continuidad a la programación y contribuir a los objetivos de la enseñanza superior

This work details the accelerated process by which the subjects dictated in person by the teachers of the Geographical Information Systems area of the National University of Luján had to adapt to the digital environment of the Virtual Classroom for its pedagogical continuity during the first four-month period of the year. 2020 due to the Social, Preventive and Mandatory Isolation carried out in Argentina due to the COVID-19 pandemic. An analysis is provided of the context of the digital platform, characteristics of the subjects and of the students, implementation of teaching-learning strategies in the digital distance environment, characteristics of the teacher-student network, and finally the results that made it possible to continue programming and contribute to the goals of higher education.
