Con hambre no se puede pensar: Derecho a la educación e inclusión social. Una mirada desde los derechos humanos

Abstract

La autora sostiene que el derecho a la educación no se encuentra garantizado por el Estado de Argentina a pesar de que han invertido en educación dado que no ha elaborado estrategias a largo plazo para combatir la pobreza. Para corroborarla hipótesis, se abordará en primer lugar el derecho a la educación como un derecho humano con el alcance y contenido que le han otorgado los órganos de protección tanto a nivel universal como regional. Posteriormente, se contrastarán dichos estándares con estudios elaborados por la Organización de las Naciones Unidaspara la Educación, la Ciencia y la Cultura que dan cuenta de la situaciónactual en materia de educación en Argentina.

The author argues that the right to education is not guaranteed by the State of Argentina despite the fact that they have invested in education given that they have not developed long-term strategies to combat poverty. In order to corroborate this hypothesis, the right to education will first be addressed as a human right with the scope and content that has been granted to it by the protection bodies, both universally and regionally. Subsequently, these standards will be contrasted with studies prepared by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization that account for the current situation regarding education in Argentina.
