Tomas de tierras en La Plata: Avances de un Registro de Tomas de Tierras para el período 2000-2015

Abstract

Este trabajo sintetiza un primer avance del Registro de Tomas de Tierras de La Plata (2000-2015), realizado a partir de una investigación colectiva. El Registro se propone como herramienta para la caracterización de la informalidad urbana local. Las fuentes utilizadas son registros periodísticos del diario local El Día. Se presentan cuantitativos, analizados en base a la localización de las tomas, el acceso a infraestructura y servicios, la calidad ambiental de las tierras tomadas y el precio del suelo, mediante la creación de Mapas, Gráficos y Tablas. El trabajo aporta en datos cuantitativos, y en la georreferenciación de estos procesos. Por último se sintetizan nuevos interrogantes surgidos de esta primera etapa de trabajo, que conducirán la investigación en adelante.

This work synthesizes a first advance of the Registry of Land Takings of La Plata (2000-2015), made from a collective investigation. The Registry is proposed as a tool for the characterization of local urban informality. The sources used are journalistic records of the local newspaper El Día. They are presented quantitatively, analyzed based on the location of the intakes, access to infrastructure and services, the environmental quality of the lands taken and the price of the land, through the creation of Maps, Graphs and Tables. The work contributes in quantitative data, and in the georeferencing of these processes. Finally, new questions arising from this first stage of work are synthesized, which will lead the investigation going forward.
